Subcontractors will know how difficult it is to compile a construction schedule that is coordinated with the main contractor’s programme.

As a subcontractor you also know how difficult it is to prove entitlement of claims and how easily contractors bully you to take liability for delays that weren’t your fault.

In this video I show subcontractors how they can use a simple system to compile programme that dovetails efficiently with the contractor’s programme.

Best of all, this will enable you to have a lot of control, a lot more substantiating information when you claim and it’ll prevent the contractor from simply shifting the blame of penalties onto you.
